Purpose: These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern room reservations and services at Hotel Residence Champerret.

Minimum Age: To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years old. Any reservation must be made by an adult who will be responsible for compliance with these terms.

Reservation Process: A reservation is finalized when full payment of the requested amount has been received and confirmed by our system. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Check-in: 15:00 (local time) Check-out: 11:00 (local time) Late Arrival: Please inform us of any expected late arrival. After 23:00, additional charges may apply.

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tourist accommodation services provided on a specific date or period. By completing your reservation, you expressly acknowledge and accept this exclusion.

Displayed rates include accommodation and breakfast (where applicable) with VAT included. City tax is collected at reception upon check-in and is not included in the online price.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe (credit card). We accept credit/debit cards only. Payment information is processed securely and encrypted.

Currencies: Rates are displayed in euros (€). Currency conversions are handled by your financial institution.

Multiple Reservations: Maximum 3 rooms per reservation Maximum Stay Duration: 15 nights

• Standard Rate:
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival date (at 15:00, local time)
• Cancellation after this period: Penalty = cost of the first night of your stay
• No-show (non-arrival): Penalty = cost of the first night

• Non-Refundable Rate:
• No refund in case of cancellation
• Penalty = 100% of the total reservation amount in case of cancellation or no-show
• Room details are not modifiable

• Early Departure:
• If you leave earlier than planned, all reserved nights remain due
• No partial refund will be issued

• Breakfast:
• Breakfast cancellations follow the standard policy ({cancellationHours} hours) even with non-refundable rooms

Modifications are only permitted for confirmed (CONFIRMED) reservations.

Allowed Changes: Dates, number of rooms, room type, breakfasts, special requests, number of guests.

• Pricing:
• Added nights are priced at current market rates
• Unchanged nights retain their original price
• The cancellation policy remains anchored to the original arrival date

• Late Shortening (less than 48 hours):
• A penalty equivalent to the first night applies to cancelled nights
• The refund equals the value of cancelled nights minus any applicable penalty, up to the amount already paid.

• Charging:
• Positive difference = additional charge
• Negative difference = refund
• Penalties are always deducted from the card payment amount (redeemed points are not affected)

Loyalty Programme: Earn loyalty points on every confirmed and completed reservation.

• Point Earning:
• 10 points per euro spent (final price: room + breakfast, excluding taxes)
• Points are credited at check-out only
• Tier multipliers: BRONZE 1.0x, SILVER 1.1x, GOLD 1.3x, PLATINUM 1.5x
• Direct booking bonus: 2x multiplier applied to reservations made on this website

• Tiers (12-month rolling):
• BRONZE: €0+ spent / 10 pts per €
• SILVER: €450+ spent / 11 pts per €
• GOLD: €1,200+ spent / 13 pts per €
• PLATINUM: €3,000+ spent / 15 pts per €

• Point Redemption:
• Minimum 2,000 points (€2)
• Maximum 20% of reservation total
• 1,000 points = €1 discount

• Cancellation & Points:
• On cancellation or no-show, the penalty is first deducted from the card payment amount
• If insufficient, redeemed points may be forfeited to cover the remaining shortfall
• Points earned on cancelled stays (check-out not reached) are never credited

• Expiration:
• Points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no completed reservation)

• Data Collected and Mandatory Status:
• Reservation (mandatory): first name, last name, email, phone, stay dates, room type, guest information. Without this data, the reservation cannot be processed.
• Customer account (mandatory at registration): first name, last name, email, password (hashed, never in plain text). Without this data, account creation is not possible.
• Payment (mandatory): amount, Stripe transaction ID. No card data is stored on our servers — payment processing is entirely delegated to Stripe Inc.
• Contact form (mandatory): name, email, subject, message. Without this data, we cannot respond to your request.
• Special requests and preferences (optional): may be omitted without affecting your reservation.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, access logs collected by Railway Corp. for infrastructure security and stability.

• Purposes and Legal Basis:
• Performance of contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): processing reservations, payments, confirmations, and stay management
• Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): retention of accounting and tax records (10 years)
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): site security, fraud prevention, service improvement
